In my sound meditation, sounds and soothing words combine into a deep, regenerating relaxation – fully in the here and now. The sound bath combined with guided meditation invites you on a journey to your soul.
Your body systems can harmonise and healing emotions become palpable again. The gentle vibrations of the singing bowls surrounding you support you in sinking even deeper into the meditation process, letting go and surrendering trustfully to the moment.
Sound journeys offer a wonderful opportunity to find stillness and surrender to the serenity of the present moment. In a group session you can immerse yourself deeply in the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls.
Additional selected instruments enrich the sound experience. Through mindful listening, a meditative atmosphere arises in which the inner dialogue is allowed to quieten.
A space opens for conscious perception and self-exploration. Inner images can emerge, stimulating the imagination and deepening the sound journey experience in a deeply personal way.
